Customer has 14 days to return order within 14 days from delivery (starts from the date of delivery) for health and safety purposes, returns are thoroughly checked and we assess on how we can help you. All hair must be returned in original packaging and must be intact I.e wefts must be kept the same, lace must be the same & original hair packaging must be provided In the unlikely circumstance where your order is unsatisfactory this is assessed on a different basis. Once you return an order please provide us with tracking.
