    ITSGIVINGHURR does not currently offer refunds. This is due to the nature of our business, products, and the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff.

    There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been made, processed, or fulfilled.

    By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

    We urge customers to use our Web chat for advice on anything Hurr i.e. different lace sizes and textures. This is so that our team can advise you as much as possible, before you place an order. Please make sure you take this into consideration before placing your order.

    Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we require proof of tracking for all returned packages.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    For sanitary reasons, we do not take any hair back that has been used, sewed into a wig. This is because the hair would have been put into someone's head and is deemed unhygienic.

    Exchanges
    We can exchange the hurr within 7 days of purchasing (UK)/ 10 Days (International). Under the conditions that the hair has NOT been used, or is in wig form- and is kept intact within the packaging. if they The hurr that you are sending back must be in perfect condition. . We would never send a product that has been used by someone else to any of our customers. We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and your tracking number for the returned items until your return or exchange is processed. Please note that exchange requests are subject to hair availability.

    2. Your order number
    3. A brief description of the issue.
    4. The item name you would like to exchange for
    5. The original items which were purchased.
    6. The items you will like to exchange

    The return address will then be issued via email once we receive the required information.

    Please allow up to 7 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the exchange is processed.

    Please be advised that all items will be inspected upon return and are subject to standard checks. Items must be in their original state of packaging, including tags. ITSGIVINGHURR reserves the right to refuse an exchange on items that do not meet the required checks.

    Sales: Due to the amount of orders placed during sales,  Please allow 7 Days of dispatch during BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY & BLACK POUND DAY.

    ​We do NOT change orders, and addresses, nor cancel items on orders once they are placed. 

     Liability:

    The cost of returned items is the liability of the customer. Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty or the wrong item has been shipped. Please allow 5 to 7 working days from the date we received the parcel for the item(s) to be checked and for the return to be processed.

    WE DO NOT EXCHANGE SALE ITEMS! ONCE AN ITEM IS ON SALE THAT IS CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE WHICH CANNOT BE REFUNDED!!

    Delivery, Packaging, and Transit Times:

    How long does it take to process my order?

    • Orders take up to 48 hours to be processed; due to regulatory-standard fraud checks

    How long does shipping take?

    • FEDEX: All UK orders take 3-5 days for Premium Virgin
    • FEDEX: All UK orders take 5-7 days for Raw products
    • FEDEX: All EU orders take 5-7 days for Premium Virgin
    • FEDEX: All EU orders take 7-12 days for Raw Products
    • FEDEX: All International orders take 5-7 days for Premium Virgin
    • FEDEX: All International orders take 7-12 days for Raw Products

    Once your order is dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number via email to the email address provided at checkout.

    If you do not receive your parcel within 14 to 21 days, please let us know immediately so that we can raise an investigation. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate before 14 days due to the policies defined by the shippers. We sympathize with those who experience delayed or lost parcels and can only apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, please be advised ITSGIVINGHURR cannot be held liable for this, as it is beyond our control.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. All payments must be made with your own credit card and with adequate funds to make them. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. Your order will be immediately suspended or cancelled if you breach these terms and conditions.

    Insurance

    We suggest getting an insurance policy that will help protect your package in the event that it is lost or stolen. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail-carrying series. Once it leaves the warehouse, ITSGIVINGHURR is no longer responsible for any items​. To ensure the best delivery experience and ensure your package is covered.

    Custom Duty

    For overseas orders, you may have to pay a customs duty; this depends on the law of your country. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system, as this is beyond our control.
