Payments
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?
We take all recognised debit & credit cards, fraudulent payments will be flagged up and reported. We are partners with Klarna and have the option to Pay in 3 or in 30 days for your order.
Orders
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your orders are processed within 48 hours. Once processed, you will be emailed a tracking number via email- which can be used to track your order.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ORDER?
Once you order a confirmation of your order will be sent, please allow up to 48hrs for you to receive shipping details. In the unlikely event of this changing you’ll be updated accordingly

Hair
WHERE DOES YOUR HAIR ORIGINATE FROM?
Our hair originates from India and Vietnam.
WHAT IS SINGLE DRAWN HAIR?
Single Drawn hair means the extensions contain multiple lengths of hair mixed into the extensions, resulting in hair that is thickest at the top, tapers at the middle and is thin on the ends. We provide single drawn hair (double drawn will be coming soon).
WHY DOES MY HAIR LOOK DIFFERENT?
As it’s RAW HAIR, please note hair comes at its natural form and different small flaws will be present as its hair at its truest form.

Terms & Conditions
WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS?
Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. All payments must be made with your own credit card and with adequate funds to make them. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. Your order will be immediately suspended or cancelled if you breach these terms and conditions.
Insurance
We suggest getting an insurance policy that will help protect your package in the event that it is lost or stolen. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail-carrying series. Once it leaves the warehouse, ITSGIVINGHURR is no longer responsible for any items. To ensure the best delivery experience and ensure your package is covered.
Custom Duty
For overseas orders, you may have to pay a customs duty; this depends on the law of your country. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system, as this is beyond our control.
